

The overall governance of the Association is the responsibility of the Board which is accountable to the Association kindergarten community. The Board is primarily responsible, through the Charter, for the establishment of goals for the Association.
The Board is elected annually, and has a maximum membership of 15. Of the 15, up to 8 members are community representatives, some can be co-opted members and then the General Manager and two staff representatives elected by all staff employed by the Association.
The Board delegates day to day management of the Association to the General Manager. The Board employs and monitors the performance of the General Manager. The General Manager is delegated this responsibility for all other employees.
